Sorry no posting last week

Sorry we did not post anything last week but Paul was busy down in Dar es Salaam with the Auditor and then also with the Auditor here in Dodoma later in the week. Things remain very busy but we are hoping the final touches will be done tomorrow so that we can start on the January figures as last.

Edith continues with the home school which is keeping her very busy as well but it is going well and John-Luke is learning well and making some good progress.

Please pray for us, as we in the programme consider where we will be based later in the year, we may be asked to move to Dar es Salaam for a number of reasons which I will not go into now. Please pray we will be able to work out what will be best for the programme here.

We are all looking forward to a holiday in a couple of weeks down in Dar we could do with the break.

We trust you will have a good week and know the Lord's blessing.

God Bless and love from us all.

Still Not Complete

Paul is still trying to get the 2010 figures finished so please pray that this will be done very soon as he needs them ready for the Auditors next week. On Friday he needs to travel to Dar es Salaam again as the auditors will be visiting the office on Monday/Tuesday next week and he needs to be there and he is going Friday with Frank (Deputy Finance Manager) so they can get the office files sorted out on Friday afternoon and Saturday.

Edith and the children will be continuing with school and they are all enjoying it. Edith posted some pictures of their classroom on the blog last week.

The weather is very warm here at present, though it is the rainly season we have not had much rain for a few weeks so please pray for rain as the local people need it for their crops which were planted when the rains had started, but they have stopped early.

We trust you will have a good week.

God Bless and love from us all.

Already February

The Trip to Dar es Salaam was good and we managed to get the things done that I need to. Paul also stayed down for Saturday and was able to have a day break from the work with Ian the programme manager.

School is going on well. John-Luke is really enjoying it and when asked if he would like to go back to the other school said no but wants his friends to come to his new school (home school). Edith is also having some days with some extra children from the compound on some days.

Paul is still trying to get everything together for the year end accounts, though he feels he is going full steam ahead the wheels are stuck on the track! So far this week in the two days that have past, he has not got on much further with the year end things, as the day to day work has been getting in the way. Please pray for progress and completion this week.

Thanks for your prayers and support.

God Bless and love from Paul, Edith, John-Luke & Gabriella
