Almost June & three weeks to go.

We have only three weeks left before we head towards the UK for meetings and home assignment.

Edith has been busy packing some of the things around the house ready for the move in August as well as continuing with the home schooling. The children are looking forward to our trip and flying on the plane as well as going to see the family.

Paul hopes to have the April figures finished this week and then he has two weeks to try and complete the May figures before we head off.

Please pray that we get all done that we need to and that we will be able to leave things in good order here whilst we are away.

Thank you all for your prayers and support.

God Bless and love from us all.

Four Weeks before home assignment

We have a busy four weeks coming up. Edith is busy packing things in the house when she has some spare time as well as doing the home schooling. Paul has to try and complete both April's and May's figures for the programme as well as further training for the new member of staff and other management issues.

Paul's trip to Dar was good though a bit to short so still has some things to finish off from it, it was a busy few days and many hours on the road.

At the beginning of the month Edith went on a flight she joined the Kilimatindi safari with some evangelists for one day. She helped with Sunday School which started with 30 children but ended up with 70. She will write more in our next Prayer & Newsletter.

Hope you all have a good week.

God Bless and love from us all.

Another Week

Dear All

This week we will have school as usual for Edith, John-Luke and Gabriella. Edith is also very busy getting a house ready for some new staff who will be with us for six months helping in the operations department. Andy was a MAF pilot a number of years back and flew in both Tanzania and Uganda, his wife Margaret will be with him as well and she will be working with the Anglican church.

Paul and the other managers had a review meeting seeing how we did last year compared to the plans for the year. Paul has also travelled to Dar today to work in the office there for a few days and hopes to return with Ian the programme manager and Andy and Margaret on Saturday.

We hope you are all having a good week.

Praise

We have just had some very good news for which we give God praise. Though it was looking that John-Luke may not be able to get a place at the school in Dar es Salaam we heard this week that he has been given a place at the Heaven of Peace Academy (HOPAC).

School continues to go well with Edith and the children here in Dodoma and all are enjoying it and are making progress.

Paul has a new member of staff starting this week his name is also Paul and will be particularly working with the invoicing side of the work. This should free Paul up a fair amount as well as get things more up to date and make us more efficient we hope. Paul will also be working on trying to finish the March figures before the end of the week.

Thank you for your prayers and support.

May Already

Dear All

we are all doing fairly well. Edith John-Luke and Gabriella are back into the swing of school. Please pray that John-Luke will next a place at the Haven of Peace Academy (HOPAC)for next school year when we have moved to Dar Es Salaam we have not as yet heard.

It was a busy week for Paul and we saw the end of January and February work and things start to move on the March work, hopefully most of March will be completed by the end of this week so April can be started. It was only a three day week last week as Tuesday was a national holiday along with Easter Monday, but Paul went in to work. Friday was taken up with interviews for a new finance member of staff to particularly concentrate on preparing invoices and ensuring things are paid on time. We did seven interviews and have decided on one who will be informed tomorrow that they have the job, it is hoped he will start this week or next week at the latest so we can make up some ground on that side.

Also this coming week Frank the Deputy Finance Manager will be sitting exams please pray that he will do well and also for Paul who will be holding the fort whilst he is away. This month we should also see Cecilia come back from her maternity leave which will also be a great help.

Thanks for your prayers and interest in the work here in Tanzania.

God Bless and love from us all.
