Last week we were all up in Dodoma as it was half term week at HOPAC. Paul had a number of meetings and did the annual reviews for his department. This took up a fair amount of the time so the work on the August and September figures did not move on as much as hoped.
We travelled back down to Dar on Saturday and now it's back to the normal working routine. Edith is home schooling Gabriella and John-Luke is back at HOPAC. Paul is back to the 5.30am leaves to get to the office in a reasonable time before traffic gets heavy and the 20 km trip takes one to two hours.
The good news is that we have located another office which is only about 3km from home and we hope to be in by the middle of November if all goes well. This will be in partnership with another mission (SIL). They are working with translation projects. This should make the office hours more to the normal times.
Please pray that all the plans will work out well and that the move will be a benefit for all.
Have a good week, God Bless and love form us all.

One week before half term
This week is the last week before half term week for the children. So John-Luke and Gabriella have just four days of school this week as Friday is a national holiday.
We are hoping to travel up to Dodoma as a family on Saturday for the half term week. Paul was due to be in Dodoma this week but postponed it as that worked out better as the family could come and also more of the MAF TZ staff will be there next week so we can hold a management meeting whilst we are all there. This week Paul will be working on the August and September work and trying to make headway into more of his email backlog now that the most of the budget work is behind us, he is hoping to have most if not all completed by the end of next week.
Please pray for Paul's best friend Andy who has been battling Cancer now for several years and is currently under further treatment. Please pray for strength and comfort from the Lord.
Well we hope you have a great week.
God Bless and love from us all.

This week in Dar
Things are getting back to a little more normal here and hopefully should start to settle down.
Edith continues to teach Gabriella at home as well as now going at times to the school to help John-Luke's teacher with some projects. John-Luke continues to enjoy the school. Edith sister Suzan who had to medevaced last year back to Uganda has decided to join us again, please pray that she will be protected from all illnesses this time. It is brave of her to return, but we are all happy to have her around again.
Paul will try this week to start and sort out the back log of emails. He will also be working on the August and September figures, please pray that this will all work out well and most of August and September work will be completed by the end of next week.
We managed for the first time this weekend to make it to the beech for about an hour which was wonderful. We look forward to having more visits in the future.
We pray that you will all have a wonderful week.
